Your order can be delivered anytime between 7am and 9pm and a signature will be required upon receipt. If there is nobody around to take delivery of your parcel, you will be left a calling card telling you how you can pick it up. Please note that under the Terms & Conditions of Royal Mail Special Delivery, anyone at the postal delivery address may sign for your parcel, so please ensure that you provide an address at which you know your parcel will reach you safely. We cannot be responsible for parcels that go missing once they are signed for.

Europe

Deliveries will be made on Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) within 8 working days from order and usually several days less.

The cost of delivery to Europe varies according to the territory and the weight of your parcel. Shipping will be automatically calculated on the Checkout page when the delivery destination is confirmed, so you know how much it will cost before you complete your order.

When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and will require a signature upon receipt.

Your order will be dispatched via our preferred international carrier. Once your parcel has arrived in your country, if our carrier does not have an office in that territory it will be passed to an agent for delivery.

If there is nobody around to take delivery of your parcel, you will be left a calling card offering you a second delivery attempt or telling you how you can pick it up.
